Participants will learn methods to minimize burnout and effectively cope with compassion fatigue. You will learn to identify signs of compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, andĀ  burnout, and recognizing symptoms and associated behavior patterns. You will develop strategies to regulate stress and begin healthy decompression activities.

Following theĀ  training, participants will have the opportunity to engage in peer support networking, fostering connections and shared experiences with others in the field.
