Cultural Competency Training

This class is designed to provide all employees/clinicians with comprehensive training regarding various public safety professions and how occupational trauma affects first responders and their families.

You will learn about the organizational culture and structures of departments, barriers to treatment, the importance of prevention, first responder specific interventions, resiliency training offerings and best practices for working with first responders in clinical settings.
