Designed specifically for Peer Supporters, you will have the opportunity to engage in case studies, practical skills demonstrations, and scenario-based discussions to ensure you  are equipped to serve your agency well. Learning Outcomes Define critical incidents and analyze their potential impact on individuals and teams. Accurately recognize the  multifaceted signs and symptoms of critical incident stress in oneself and others.

Effectively apply a range of strategies for managing personal and team stress in the aftermath of critical incidents. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the critical incident  debriefing process and its practical application. Confidently identify and implement methods for providing support to individuals struggling with the effects of critical incidents,  fostering a culture of resilience.
